Provides direction to culinary staff and hands on assistance to ensure successful classroom operations and outstanding, educational experiences.
Maintains kitchen operations and ensures adherence to Health and Safety codes and the highest standards of cleanliness.
Supports Resident Chef\'s efforts with local marketing and promotion of culinary program.
Maintains awareness of trends and local influences.
Shops for ingredients and supplies as needed.
Performs other duties as needed.
